A brief background of the character: Fu Kei is one of the more minor, and yet most adorable, characters of Mahou Sensei Negima (this series is waaay to horny, but the characters are adorable and fun to roleplay). She's quite energetic and dedicated to kung fu, however, she's not too good in school. Kei is a member of the "Baka Rangers" study group, a group of kids who really are intelligent, but fail to apply themselves in school. This is a direct reference to the "Power Rangers," and many hilarious poses and sayings ensue.
Her excuse for her bad grades is that she has a bad Chinese accent, and has difficulties learning other languages. Her accent is that of pidgin, something I will look up and attempt to learn. It is a broken form of English, but that's really all I know...
She also worked at a meat bun shop, and is idolized by members of all athletic clubs at her school. She managed to defeat a strong member of the Mahora Fighting Tournament (I forget the girl's name), but dropped out due to injuries. Kei is also very much involved in the fight scenes in Negima, but there are too many to list.
